Need LCD Pin Connections & Direct Interfacing

hi friends

i have two lcds containing Columns and rows driver ICS from toshiba and epson but i dont have connector status for what pin is what

i determined some pins but could not determine all. please help me to determine this and also tell me interfacing .
is it possible with T6963 because these have D0,D1 only or is it ok with SED1335?

determined pin connections are

1:For SED1181F x 4(column),SED1191F x 2(row),4030(IC8),4017(IC7),C3403G(IC9)

Pin1: D0
Pin2: D1
Pin3: Pin 13 with 4030 (Quad Exclusive OR Gate Input) ?
Pin4: LP
Pin5: FR
Pin6: N/C
Pin7: VDD
Pin8: VSS
Pin9: Connected with one transistor Q1 pin ?
Pin10: Connected with other pin of same Q1 transistor ?

2:For T6B07 x 4(column),T6B36 x 2(row),C7154

but i dont have both column and row driver ics datasheets.
if anyone has please upload. also not on MCU

both lcds back pictures are included showing ics and connectors

Hi, It looks there is no LCD controller. Am I correct?

there is no lcd controller as i already have written above. i have to choose and i am asking people to tell me about T6963 toshiba LCD controller and other SED1335 LCD controller.
are they both ok for such type of lcds containing D0 and D1 pins only not 4 Dx pins because display is 256x128.
and i also have no datasheet for toshiba row and column driver ics therefore i cannot determine pin connector connections for toshiba lcd board.

It post is really old, but here is a controller that will work with the epson. If you can tell me where I can get one of these lcds, I'd appreciate it.
