Need info about speed sensor that can connect to micro

i need to know about the speed sensor which can connect to the microcontroller.i find many web but i can't find anymore.someone has the structure of this sensor.please give it to me.

sorry,i consult many web.but they only say the outside.i need the structure inside the speed sensor.i want to do it myself.the price of this sensor is too high.i'm a student so i don't have enough money to buy it.u can see enclosed file as u require:u see it only has two wire so this sensor can't connect to the microcontroller.i need the speed sensor can connect to the microcontroller.u can help me?

Speed of what? an object? turn table, motor???
What is the medium? air? water? vacuum?
