Need info about prototyping companies

Hi,
We have completed our design and now we need a a prototyping company who will build PCB, assemble all the components, check the assembled board and send us. But we don't which comapnies handles all PCB design and assembling. Or how this prototyping works.

Please suggest us some very good prototyping companies with low cost and high quality protoptype. Also please suggest us the price range for prototyping. What are the matters to consider while choosing a prototyping company?

FYI our PCB is 2 layer 70x40cm in size.

Please suggest us.
