Need Help with PIC18F452

Dear All,

Please help me to write a program with C or assembly for firing thyristors of Full wave Inverter.
I have 4 thyristors (1, 2, 3 & 4)
the main idea is to fire (drive) the gate of thyristors 1&3 at a specific time while 2&4 are off, and vice verse.

Can you help me? I really need your help.
