How to limit my jammer's range to the driver seat of vehicles so that he won't get any calls while driving??

Drivers seat mean may be 1.5 meters of diameter maximum. The output power can be reduced or a dummy load may be used instead of antenna.
Cheers

Hmm.. It's difficult to restrict the range of jammer. Suppose if you have a jammer of output power 1 watt, effective range of jamming would be say 50 feet. The person next to you can't even hear a thing in his phone, even though he receives signals from base station of 100 watts field strength from 800m away. Reducing the output power can lessen the intensity of jamming.
