need help with matlab and c# in fingerprint

iam abigginer in the matlab in my graduation project i use matlab 7.5 and .net2005 or(2008) iam using the both my project is fingerprint recognation nut does any one can help me to know how to make the interface for the matlab in c#
i know anout the .net builder in matlab but it doesnot work and have alot of proplems if any one can help me i will be thanks
