Need Help to IBIS model

Dear ALL,

Here, I have some concern to build a INBIS model for a MCP (multi chip package).

If let say, I have a product C that stacking up A and B. Now, I want to build a IBIS model for this new product C that have A and B together.

But I just have the IBIS model for A and B seperately. And I just have schematic for A but not B.

Now, can I build the IBIS model for C by using only the IBIS model for A and B?

Or Can anyone show me the way to get the IBIS model for C?

Or Can anyone show me some texts for references to solve this ?

Dear ALL,

I found the method to solve this problem.

What I need to do is modified the netlist file and in product B. But I haven't try this method yet. If any one that really how to change the netlist file, please give me some advice and hints on this topic.

First, I facing a problem to generate a IBIS model for a stacked die package' product. This is because I don't have the schematic for 1 of the chip that provided by vendor.

BUt, later, I found out that actually I still can generate a IBIS model with the current situation. That means I can generate the model by using the internal schematic and the IBIS model provided by vendor. What I need to do is just modified the netlist file that I have by adding in vendor product.

Now, the problem is how to change the netlist file.

If now, let say I have a FLASH product stacked with a SRAM.

Can I create a IBIS model for the Stacked Multi-CHip Product by using/joining up the IBIS model of the FLAHS and SRAM?
