need help urgently - PWM using 8051 f330

hey guys, i am currently doing a project where an analog signal is used to drive the dc motor using pwm. I am using 8051 f330 chip. I am having trouble with the whole ADC0 initializing process. Anyone can help? Thanks. I really got no idea about the ADC conversion part. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
