Need help to simulate Dual-band EBG structure

Hi all!

I am simulating dual-band EBG structure by using dispersion diagram. However, I don't know exactly how many modes have to simulate to get the dual-band characteristic from the dispersion diagram. I am using CST 2010 to simulate.
Everybody, who know how to do, please let me know.

looking for any sort of help.
