need help to repair sharp 21bn21

All voltage on power supply secondary is ok. I am changed Horizontal transistor, vertical ic and video processor. But they don't work. The led dont blikd.

replace horiz. oscilator, may be into the micon IC, also check Flyback, but my best advice is to check with a scope and have a better idea of what´s happening, good luck!
