I have attached a picture of the chip in question under microscop. All is written on the chip is "89 TI" and in the next line "M9U" . I couldn't find datasheet. Anyone can help to identify this chip?

Hi,

Hope this is the right device,

TI Part marking lookup for M9U brings up Dual differential comparator, here's the TI LM393 product page, where the datasheet link is.
