need help to calculate RC snubber

rc snubber

I'm building a stepper motor driver using ST L297 & L6203 chips.
the circuit contain rc snubber which to be create similar to this link:

My Power supply (smps) is 24V - 4.5A.
My stepper motor rated at 3A (I Peak).
My chopper frequency is 25 KHz.

How I calculate VsMin, VsMax, dT, dV & DC?

Vsmin and Vsmax are determined by your Power Supply.

Added after 3 minutes:

dT,dV are the rise time which you desire in the snubber. and DC is the determined by your chopper's Pulse Width
