need help on the toolkit TK3 programmer

I need a toolkit Tk3 Programmer Schematic and PCB as I have a PIC16F877A to program for the Digital IC Tester as the PIC16F877A need bit Configuration or can I use the software on Other Programmer the toolkit mk3 software will not work in XP Windows and Windows7 I Only have the 2 windows in my Hard drive how can I get the software to work in the windows

By the way Rambo55, if you need to run a particular version of windows that is compatible with the MK3 Software, install VirtualPC or another virtualization program and install it on a virtual machine.

It's by far the easiest way to get around OS incompatibilities.
