need help on some DFT problem

In one design, there are both posedge and negedge FFs. for the dft design, if i want to put all the negedge FFs at the begining of the scan chain, how can i make the constrain in the script?

What is the tool u are using? Well u can can define scan chain order. That is possible with every tool

i use synopsys's DFT compiler

All tools will put the negedge flops in front of the posedge flops. Synopsys included.
