I wanted to build a simple circuit having operational amplifier does any knows a link
because i search on google but couldnt find a good one

Build a Wien bridge oscillator. Hewlett-Packard has been started from such a circuit.

There are many links on the net, but I would strongly recommend to follow the design steps from the book by J. Wiliams, "Analog circuit design. Art, science, and personalities," Butterworth-Heinemann, 1991, which also can be found on the net.
