hello all....
i am a ME student with specialization with Electronics and communications....
but as this is the first batch for ME-EC in my college, my college is not having IEEE subscription...
but as being a part of my studies,i have to read IEEE research papers...
so can any one guide me how to get it?
or is there any other way for PG students for free IEEE membership...???

waiting for reply....
thanks..

well i m in INDIA...
once i try to join it but they ask few dollars....!!! :-(
so i m in search of some other options...

No alternate option for that.... No forum should put IEEE papers in their website in any form...

If you know someone who already has IEEE account, ask their help to download the papers for you.

I believe you need to be IEEE member to get access to their research papers you can also **broken link removed** . IEEE members might shed more light on this.

take a look hre ieee.org
