need help on ground filling in OrCAD 9.0

I was make an one routed board succesfully but can't fill a grond to board. so please help "HOW TO FILL GROUND IN TNIS BOARD".
 

ground filling

select the obstacle tool and click on board outline then go for properties select copper plane and net name as Ground
