Hi, i'm hanson from malaysia. I have done literature review regarding topic above But i dont quite understand can anyone please guide me by providing the steps of simulating the single cell 4T loadless SRAM?

Currently i'm only able to draw the schematic of the single cell 4T loadless SRAM, but i don't know how to make sure whether my SRAM is working by simulation.

And i'm was asked to use siltera 0.18 technology. using mentor graphic design architecture...
