need help on bootloader for 8051f120

Hi, i just entasked to write a c8051f120 bootloader program. This program must allow users to write/ease on to the Flash page via hyperterminal.
I couldn't find any sample codes for bootloader in c8051f120 chipset, but i managed to find c8051f02x bootloader at Silab support page.
Is there any ways I can find bootloader program for this chipset?
