need help in vhdl - many cycles in a program

i now have ein programm with many cycle .
f.e 123456345634567891089108910111213..........
how can i use vhdl to get it?

well,i have to use vhdl to programm.
the question is output a array.
the array is from 0 to 100,and from 0 to 10 3 times loop, 20 to 40 4 times loop.
how can i get it?thanks
