im new in this i need help in development of internet access control & monitoring sysytem through sms.. can any 1 help but how the control circuit will look like and what code should i have to store in the PIC16C745?

The PIC16C series are one time programmable chips. You realy need a flash based chip for code development so you can reprogram it. You can visit Microchip website and check out the application notes on internet implementation. You can buy a development board that comes with an internet stack. Or just download the source code and roll your own.
