Need help in SRAM design

I got a worng function in my sram.

I explain that: first, I stored the data in address A
second, I changed server address and stored serveral other data.
finally, I can not get the correct data in address A.

Any timing sheme mistake can cause this kind of problem ?

Anyone can share the usefule documents about sp sram and dp sram to me?

It may be if you change address when CS (chip select) still active (usually CS=0).

check your bit line and word line...

first, when you do the writing make both the bit line are compliment of each other.
next select your bit line both high to load the data

in both these cases the word line should be high..

finally in the last stage u will get you data what ever high or low u have taken...in the next pulse.

Thanks, I solved that porblem.

And, I am still doing the dual port sram, any documents may share with me?
