need help in designing smps circuit for given specifications

hi,

can any one help me out in designing a smps circuit for spcifications given below



input- 230volts 5 amps
requried output- 24volts dc with 4 amps
- 5volts dc with 2 amps


what are the things i need and if anyone can tell me where can i find the circuit diagram for this specifications:?:

You are asking for an SMPS with less than 10% efficiency !
Are you sure about those specifications?

hi anybody can helpme please ,currently i made a smps using the STR-6756W from sanken elec. i found hard to control my output voltage ,i wanted to have a variable output since it is a fixed design of 15volts.
