Hello all

Im looking for high ε low tanδ ceramic substrates ,
for antenna size reduction.

The parameter of the substrate sould be
ε>40 with dissipation factor lower then 0.002.

thanks in advance

It seems that there is no commercial ceramic substrate with so high dielectric constant. The commercial ceramic substrate which is often used is Alumina with the dielectric constant of 9.8.

Dear burton

here are some links for high ε ceramic material:

But thus company dont have any material with low dissipation factor.

Dear Peak

Do you have a clue what is the dielectric loss (dissipation factor/tan delta) of the material.

I found a material at maruwa M24
the εr is 24 and the Q factor is 200000 what is the tan delta ?

thanks in advance

Many thin/thick film fabs offer high-K materials with low loss tangents. See page 6:
