need help.....how to port uClinux on arm9 processer

hi all

i am working on a sharp product..logic..
SDK-LH7A404-11-6416

i need to run uClinux on this target........

i have down loaded uClinux distribution-20051110
and arm-elf-tools-20030314.sh......

i tried to build for the available targets in the
distribution.......

my time is running out and i have no clue as how to
procced......

can any out help me........
