Need help for meshing in ADS momentum

In the simulation, the meshing always failed and gave a error :Found hole pattern in side hole pattern. Does anbody have met this before? Please help me , thanks.
 

Please ..can u check the definintion of your via , throught the layer settings?\

Also do u put hole or via in your pcb ?
