dect antenna

Hi all,

Anyone can help me with DECT antenna design and selecting? What kind of antenna is suitable to choose as DECT used antenna? Any suggestion?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your file.
But I need DECT antenna design knowledge and selecting.
Anyone have information or notes about this knowledge?
As I know common DECT antenna is using whip antenna, any latest antenna to be introduced?

Thanks.

PIFA (Planar Inverted F Antenna) is a better option for a DECT handset.
Search the net for this name..there are a lot of tutorials about this antenna.

May I know how about antenna for DECT base station?

Thanks!

For DECT handset apllication: L-shaped/ helix/ Inverted-F
For DECT BS application: PIFA/ Planar patch/ Inverted-F

Most of the time, BS will install 2 antenna for different polarization to compensate each other. They are controlled by a switching algorithm "antenna diversity".

For HS, only 1 antenna would be employed due to the size constraint. Also, it must be co-polarised with either antenna on the BS.

Hi find here attached an antenna for dect/DCS/PCS applications
bye
