Need help for decoding messages

I am working on transmission device and I need to understand the transmission procedure.
The device include a primal sub-device where the message to be send must be taped and terminal sub-device where the taped message will be displayed.

When I taped the message 012 I observed the following transmitted message

In each of these two messages, the first and last three lines are concerned with the addressing protocol, the message actually is from the second to the 16th line. In each of these lines, the first 28 characters are in Hex and are again concerned with addressing, the next 70 ones are binary and form the message while the last four are in Hex and are the generated code for that line.

I tryed all possible combinations for CRC16 and none has worked. Can any one help me to know how the code is generated ?
