need help for choosing an op amp

can anyone enlighten me what kind of op-amp I can use to set a node with a specific voltage? Like the pic below, I want node 5 to be 0.9V, and P1, P2 are current mirror, but general opamp with no feed back can not give me a satisfied voltage for node 4 and is not stable sometimes also. amp.png

You can use AD620 (it is an instrumentation opamp) or tl072 or tl074 as well as.

Thanks, but do you have any recommendations on cmos op-amps? I just realize that it will be easier to have a cmos one considering fabrication.
