Hai friends i am planing to do project based on lpc2129 , Can any on help me by providing the information about how to program that using c
 

You can also build many JTAG adapters yourself. They usually connect to either USB or LPT.

Can you provide a few links?
The only one I found was a wiggler clone () that didn't work
