Need help finding an alternative IC ??

I am stuck in a design where i need two SiTI DM631 or DM633 Led drivers. Its very hard to find them in my country :-( even its not available in Farnell, Digikey And RS. Although it is available in some random Chinese site, i fear to purchase them on those sites. So any one knows a good alternative having near to same specs please suggest me. BTW the design is https://code.google.com/p/light-pack/.

ya i found it but the problem is it will cost me around 50 bucks (including shipping) which is pretty high for me all the other components for this project i've purchased from RSdeliver and farnell comes under 25$ . This one is giving me a hard time . anyways thank for your help. it would be better if u suggest me an alternative which i can find here in india. like in.element14.com or in.rsdelivers.com
