counter is an IC??

is this very complicated for done without micro controller or PIC??
 

Hi,
There are ICs available that contain counters.
With microcontroller (AVR/PIC/8051/HC08/MSP or any microcontroller) your circuit will be much easier and less complex than discrete circuitry.

my country hard to find the ISD 1016A Ic ..... got any recorder circuit that having play-back system bt using more population IC??

Well for IC, there are some very cheap ones from APLUS. But I don't know if you can find them. My dad got a lot of them from India, and it's very easy to use.

I know Winbond has some COB recording ones, but I don't know much about them. Maybe someone else can give more details.
