Need Help (Fast Sensor )

i want a Sensor how Detect 10 Times in a Sec And Send Output to Computer (High and Low 0 or 1) at LPT

what do you means ? you should say what kind of sensor you work, name of sensor. digital or analog? I think not hard project....

i need digital Sensor

wheel moves 10 times a sec then Sensor not works but when i slow the wheel 3 to 4 times in sec then my sensor work
