need help choosing lcd graphic module

We are trying to make a digital osciloscope with a lcd module, we are going to use a 320*240 module with controller.

Could you please give us some links or recomended manufactures (optionally pleaced in New York ) to buy them it.

We have around US$120 for buy it. Thanks. :roll:
