Need Help: Cadence IC5.0 problem on RH 7.3

I installed Cadence IC 5.0 on RH7.3 with no error.
Errors (warnings, actually) occur when I tend to start "Choose Design" in "Cadence Analog Environment".

CDS log say: *WARNIG* feature 34510: ERROR (LM -12): unable to contact license server("192.168.1.5" ) - check network (run 'lic_err -12' for more information). pls. refer my attachment for more details.

There's no problem in checking as the 'lic_err -12' running said.
that is, license server is running and network is OK.

Now I have no idea about that. What's wrong?

34510 IC Circuit design Environment feature that is "the base" of Cadence Custom Design Environment. Probably your license file is wrong or locked to wrong address. To verify that type icde which doesn't use 34510 feature, if it works your license server works well but license file is not proper..
In that case repair your license file...
