Need help base on pci express design...

Hi,
I have a case that need design a "dummy" pci-e board which can support x1,
x4,x8 and x16 , the device ID on the borad can be read , and also the differential
pairs could be covered .. In a word , the card can test the pci-e socket ,and its cost is low .
Anyone would like give some suggestions ? Thanks very much !! :cry:
