ansoft vendor libraries

Hi freinds
can anyone help me where can i find a full "Vendor liberary" of Ansoft designer software?

ansoft serenade library

The bundled vendor library is encrypted. If I recall correctly, Ansoft encrypted its libraries since the Serenade days...
