rs232 to irda circuit

Dear All,
I looking for RS232 to IrDA (plug&play) circuit. It not used device driver. It can plug to all device that have RS232 port.

I think I have seen IrDA circuit in MC68EZ328 Devkit schematic. It connect to the serial port. You may have to implement some additional RS232 tranceiver circuit to convert RS232 level to digital level. Try searching for circuit.
