need help about mosfets in dc-dc converter

Hi, im trying to build a dc-dc converter(full-bridge) by using mosfets as switches in pspice..

im confused because...the mosfets in pspice doest seem to have a freewheeling diode...(do they?) unlike the mosfets in simulink...so, does that mean that i have to add a diode in parallel with the mosfet?

second is....do i have to add a capacitor in parallel with the mosfets to have it behave as the parasitic output capacitance?

thanks alot
