As far my knowledge, There is no P&R back-end tool from Mentor.. Thats the only place they are lacking now. They acquired a Sierra tool called Pinnacle, but I'm not sure how good is the tool.

Others can share their views.

I saw a job posting last week requiring Sierra Pinnacle experience, so someone is using it. This was actually the fist I heard of it though

Its a very good tool for postCTS optimization. As far I know AMD is using it..

i needed the snapshot or tutorial from RTL to GDSII in MentorGraphics.
