Need diode model file for Cadence Spectre

Can anyone provide me with a simple model file for a diode for use in Cadence spectre? I need that to test a Dickinson Charge pump.

library name xxxxxx you can either define it by yourself or use anyother library name existed.
model parameters you can adds other ones that you interested
