need ceramic cap operating upto 150degree

Hi,
I need ceramic cap operating upto 150degree celsius. Watever available is upto 125 degree only.And wat will be the capacitor derating at higher temperature?

This type of capacitors is not avilable commerically. If you need for important application you can contact suppliers like EPCOS and AVX they can produce this part specially for you but this capacitor price will be high.
 

try cap. for using in energetics, for high voltage, with low Er (and high curie temperature)
or use mica or glass capacitors

I got such cap. X8R cap supports opr. temp upto 150 degree.

Also i need one more information. Where can i find leakage current information for the ceramic capacitors.No data-sheets givin proper info about this
