Need asubstitue for D1616AL transistor

Hello everybody....I hope u all are fine....Recently i faced a problem.....I have a neon light set fitted on my bike......There is a circuit to drive the two neon tubes in my bike.....Recently i noticed that the circuit is not working and when i opened the circuit box i found that the transistor has been burnt...there is a black patch around the transistor......the name of the transisotr is D1616AL....However when i went to purchase this transistor i came to know that this transistor is not available in market......So it would be very helpful if anybody of you could suggest me a substitue for this above mentioned transistor.....Thanx!!!:lol:

Try to download the datasheets of some transistors from the tagle and compare the characteristics.
