Need a multi vdd library

Hi all guys,

I am practicing on MULTI_VDD design.But i have not a library which support MULTI_VDD design.

Can anyone describe a library that support MULTI_VDD design?
Ex:
- The format of .lib file ?
- How can EDA tools (MAGMA) detect a approciate instance for a cell in each diff voltage island? ....
....
