Ok, simple use the MPLAB C30 compiler, it's the best way

Don't have, but you don't need it, just look at an example code in documentation, normally have all that you need, at least for start.

If you have no experience, your best choice is the CCS C Compiler. It has a little "Wizard" but, i warn you that it doesnt do much magic, you must have some basic skills with pic micros...
