Need a DC to DC converter design

Hi all My Frindes
I need a design for power supplay have a +5V with 5A,+15V with 4A and -15V with 1A..... the input is 24V DC

DC to Dc Converter

Switch mode power supply (SMPS), hope you can find one off-the-shelf.

People keep telling me "The SMPS is an art". Hope you can prove they are wrong.

Of course SMPS is an art. A good SMPS engineer must have knowledge in:
1- Power Electronics.
2- Magnetics
3- Analog Electronics
4- Feedback and control theory
5- PCB and layout for EMC
