irda to rs232 converter circuit

Can you help me in designing a USB to IRDA converter.

**broken link removed**

Its a USB to RS232 buts its a new one with synchronous serial port.
Was not able to download the datasheet, but if it has a 16x clock input/output, it could be interface to a IRDA interface

this is relatively straight forward. All you need is a max232 a few caps and an ir led plus some programming skill
