I designed a circuit to drive a 3 phase motor which is 24VDC/0.3A.I use AVR and six transistors(3 H-bridge) to drive it so the circuit is complex.
Can anybody tell me some chip to drive the motor.

I am not sure i understand "3 phase DC motor"?
3 H-bridges should give 12 transistors?
Anyway a good chip for 3-phase drive is IR2130

Good luck

For 3 phase motor, you should have 3 half bridge (on per phase). So, 6 transistors ...

stepping motor

Is your motor a stepping one? Three phase AC motors are usually for high power applications drawing over 1 kW from 200+ V three phase lines and producing many horse power of mechanical output.
