The closests values you can get for +-5% resistors is 3.6 ohm and 3.3 ohm.
3.6 ohm +-5%: orange, blue, gold, gold.
3.3 ohm +-5%: orange, orange, gold, gold.
3.48 is the closest value you can get for +-1% and +-2% resistors.
3.48 ohm +-1%: orange, yellow, gray, silver, brown.
3.48 ohm +-2%: orange, yellow, gray, silver, red.
