NCSU_CDK.1.4 can be installed in linux environment?how?

I dont know if NCSU_CDK.1.4 can be installed in environment? any one can help me?I think its installation is very complexed and difficuit!
 

you should install the cadence in the first step.And then you open the cds document and type a order "perl install.pl" ,and then you can see the install windows. So you can install it following the hint .
